Luke is inducted into the 2010 Food Hall of Fame
The panel of judges say "Luke has masses of enthusiasm but it's the intellingent respect he pays to his Vietnamese food heritage that I admire and the way he has made us respect it too. Once upon a time, others told the tales of Australia's migrant food, Luke is of the generation who can tell it themselves."
Luke is the youngest person ever to be inducted into the prestigious Food Hall Of Fame.
