JOIN US FOR AN EXCLUSIVE, INTERACTIVE & INTIMATE ‘STEADING BLEND’ EXPERIENCE WITH OUR FRIENDS FROM TORBRECK VINTNERS.

Since 1994 Torbreck has been committed to creating exceptional Rhône style red and white wines reflecting the very best vineyards in Australia’s famous Barossa.

Take a seat in our Private Dining Room as James Young from Torbreck Vintners, and our very own Chef Mark Jensen take you on a unique journey, and step into the shoes of a winemaker for the night.

'The Steading Blend' is a hands on wine experience where you can taste and learn in-depth about the Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro components that make up The Steading, then undertake your own GSM blending bench trial to compare to the current vintage release.

We’ll introduce the night’s proceedings whilst enjoying a glass of 2023 Juveniles Blanc with the most delectable selection of canapés from Chef Mark Jensen.

While tasting the three Torbreck wine varieties that make up the GSM we’ll serve you up savoury delights of Quail and finger lickin’ Lamb Ribs.

Partake in a little competition as everyone gets the chance to makes their own GSM blend. James and Mark will judge the wine blends, and there’s an extra special prize at stake!

Then take a seat, sit back and relax, savour your creations, and indulge in some sumptuous mains.

We are hosting this special evening in conjunction with our friends from Best Cellars - Sydney’s leading Fine Wine Retailers.

Should you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your reservation time, the pre-authorisation will be debited and is non-refundable. Full payment for the dinner is to be made on the evening.
